Paul says, don’t trust your eyes, don’t trust your vision-100%-because your hard-wired glasses, the invisible glasses by which all humans see life, is blurry and flawed. Only in looking for God can we truly see, truly find full understanding and completion.  Yes this full understanding and completion will take place beyond this life, but it begins in this one, right here and right now.   God has given us hidden signposts, like clues on a treasure hunt, to point us to him, Paul tells us of these 3 clues. You heard them first when you were just months or weeks old, հաւատք, հույս, սեր faith, hope and love․These are graces of God, signs pointing to him which are the keys to joy in this life and the next.
