I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. Jn 15:5
When the greatest basketball player of all time, Michael Jordan, is asked what his best game was of his long career, he says it was the night in 1990 when he led the Chicago Bulls to an overtime victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, scoring a career-high 69 points. Another player on that team, a rookie named Stacie King who made just one free throw that night, reflects differently on that game. ‘Everyone remembers Jordan’s greatest performance,’ King said, ‘but me I remember it as the night that Michael Jordan and I combined to score 70 points.’
